Q. Is there a dress code policy at NINE?

A. We have a strict smart/casual dress policy here at Nine. Our dress code is smart casual. To avoid disappointment please refrain from wearing tracksuits, tracksuit shorts, snapbacks, running sneakers, sportswear, sports slippers and sliders.

Q. How long are tables held for?

A. We hold your table for maximum 15 minutes, this includes the two hour period which is allocated to your booking, if for any reason you’re unable to attend or running late contact the restaurant as soon as possible.

Q. Are we allowed to bring kids to the venue?

A. We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to enter our venue.

Q. Do you have disabled access?

A. Here at NINE we make sure we cater to all our customer’s needs, especially taking into consideration our disabled customers, we have lift access, and if you need any support contact a member of staff.

Q. Where can we park?

A. We have parking available at the hotel, if the parking is fully occupied after 6PM you can park on single yellow, please make sure you do not block any drive ways and respect our neighbours. 

Q. Is your food halal?

A.Nine only serves halal food, and even goes to the length of using alcohol free Mirin to make sure all our food is halal.

Q. Do you accept group bookings?

A. Yes we do, please speak to a member of staff in order to reserve.

Q. Can the whole venue be hired?

A. Yes, we can hire out the venue depending on the dates.
