Having a degree in microbiology Paul, creates gastronomical wonders, which people can now experience at Nine. Here at Nine we combined unique cuisine authentic pan-Asian recipes with contemporary sways. The dishes are created using traditional techniques and thehighest-grade of ingredients.

Our lamb is directly exported from New Zealand and we only use premium Temana lamb for our lamb cutlets, our wagyu comes from Japan and comes from the only halal abattoir in Japan.

We offer a curated selection of mocktails and the menu as unique as the settings. Our bartenders craft every mocktail with an obsessive eye for detail to tantalise your taste buds. Our variety of seating choices complements the main dining area which overlooks the open plan kitchen.
